I was waiting all week to go to Target because they kept running out of the Quilted Northern toilet paper due to the sale they are having on it. With tax, I paid $16.41 and received a $5 gift card for buying the 3 qualifying items. After the promo gift card, that comes to $3.82 per pack of toilet paper!

Used 5% Target Cartwheel App off Quilted Northern & Angel Soft - ($0.90)

 

Paid $16.41

Received $5 gift card
